Have ordered many times online as I’m from Melbourne and always receive the cigars with humidity packs in a few days. Free express postage on selected orders (all mine have been) can’t go wrong! Can’t get High quality cigars in Melbourne without spending almost twice as much! Highly recommend and keen to visit the store next week when on the Gold Coast!

I ordered at 1PM and they still shipped my parcel same day, so 5/5 on promptness. My single cigar purchase was packed inside an airtight bag with complimentary Boveda and then inside a rigid cardboard box, then inside the express mail satchel, so totally adequate and practical, plus bonus points for including Boveda even though my purchase was just a small affordable cigar. The cigar I purchased is only available at this retailer so there's no price comparison to be made, but it shows they have a good range. On other products their pricing is competitive. Full disclosure I work for another retailer and made this purchase to see how the experience compares elsewhere. Kudos to World and any other Australian retailers keeping the hobby alive in this country. Support your Australian retailers!

Amazing team to deal with!!! Quality cigars as well. The delivery is extremely quick, and beautifully packaged. I ordered some Montecristo No 5 singles as groomsmen gifts. The cigars come in a fancy padded sleeve, inside a protective box. They also put a protective cover over the authenticity/original labels!!! I did a double take at first to be honest. Check out the photos below. Will definitely be ordering more!!!

Mix up with postcode on a shipment required cigars by Friday , initially purchased them Tuesday . Immediately purchased cigars again the following day. they sent it that very afternoon received it the next morning. The team there is outstanding professional.
